  • Be 18+ years or older 
  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident 
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education
  • Preferred minimum 1 year of customer service experience but not required
  • Pass a background check 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a hard-wire connection from desktop/laptop to modem via ethernet cable (for secure connection when working)

  • Following up with clients as needed
  • Additionally, you will professionally maintain customer records and data and maintain product knowledge to ensure high-quality customer service.

  Once you have registered you will take a short skill assessment. After successfully passing, you will gain access to all clients. Upon selecting your client you will complete a background check, as well as their program to become a Certified Customer Support Professional (CSP).
